Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping of your order (Not including weekends, Saturday & Sunday).

By the 3rd business day your order will be shipped out and your tracking number will be sent to your email provided. In most cases, shipping and processing will occur before that.

For expedited shipping orders, your package will be shipped and processed withing 24 hours, depending on the business day (If done on Friday after 5pm EST the order wont ship until the following Monday.).

All orders are shipped via USPS and upon receiving your order you must sign for your package.

Returns / Exchanges

All purchases are final. We will exchange your order only withing 7 days of receiving your package (package must be post-dated within the 7 days of the order being shipped). Products must not be tampered with in any way, shape, or form. We stand behind our products and will strive to find the right product for you. Customer is responsible for all return shipping.

To exchange your purchase please send the product(s) back within the 7 days and contact our customer service or email us ASAP. Once we receive the order back, please allow 1-2 business days to reprocess your order.

If you receive your order and it appears to be defective and / or broken we will make it right, just send the items back within 7 days (post-dated from shipping day). Once the defective product is received we will examine the product(s) and SimplyQuita will re-ship the same product(s) back to you within 2-3 business days, no charge to you.
